Low back pain is a reason TO exercise NOT to avoid exercise-let’s find the right exercise for YOU!

Low back pain is one of the most common reasons people are in the doctor’s office. It can come on at any age and usually comes and goes throughout a person’s life. Often times it goes away with rest and pain medicines only to return sometime in the next 6 months to a year. It usually returns with a vengeance and let’s face it there is never a good time to be down and out with a bad back. Often times people have to take off work and are just generally checked out of life when their back hurts.

What if there was a way to exercise that could actually prevent future low back pain? What if you had a series of stretches and strengthening exercises that actually made your back feel better?

Lisa can find the right exercise for you even if you suffer from any of the below conditions:

  • spinal stenosis

  • disc herniation/bulge

  • lumbar lordosis

  • spondylolisthesis

  • Lumbago- low back pain

  • Lumbar strain

  • scoliosis

  • thoracic kyphosis

  • poor posture

Lisa has completed the International Spine and Pain Institute course: “The Lumbar Spine: A Manual Therapy and Pain Science Approach” in April 2018
