Tabata Training classes
Tabata is a high intensity interval training form of exercise that requires burst of energy for short periods of time followed by a rest period. Classes consist of a warm up and cool down and are 1 hour in length. Exercises vary but will address all muscle groups. Exercises can be modified to be safe for all individuals. Classes cost $15 contact Lisa for days/times.
