Better balance is good at any age…

It is true that as we age our balance begins to decline, but that does not have to be a foregone conclusion if there is something we can do to slow down that decline. Research has shown that as we continue to challenge our bodies’ balance that it can improve. That is great news!

With better balance you can be a better runner, be a better walker on uneven terrain, have more core stability, less back pain, live independently longer, decrease your risk of falls and generally be less afraid to do all the things that you love.

Through a progression of balance activities and exercises Lisa can create a program for you to gain better balance.
