My House or Yours?

Exercising at home is cost effective, time saving and individualized. If you are a self starter and are just looking for some recommendations on equipment you can purchase to use at home and are looking for a plan then Lisa can help you. After your initial assessment she can send you a home exercise plan that you can work on for 4-6 weeks on your own and just return to her for progressions. This can work well for some people.

BUT

If you are the type that will take that exercise plan and never read it nor purchase any equipment and would never take the initiative to actually do it, then this option is probably not for you. And that’s okay. We are not all self-motivated. You should probably look into weekly or bi-weekly sessions with Lisa at her in-home studio or allowing her to come to you to get your exercise kicked off.
